pregnancy-associated plasma protein A, pappalysin 1

This gene encodes a secreted metalloproteinase which cleaves insulin-like growth factor binding proteins (IGFBPs). It is thought to be involved in local proliferative processes such as wound healing and bone remodeling. Low plasma level of this protein has been suggested as a biochemical marker for pregnancies with aneuploid fetuses. [provided by RefSeq]

  • Translation state array analysis of Mouse embryonic stem cells and embryoid bodies

score: 100100 | Mus musculus Mus musculus | RNA Expression   RNA Expression

We comprehensively profiled gene expression during differentiation of embryonic stem cells (ESCs) into embyroid bodies (EBs) by integrating conventional transcriptome analysis with global assessment of ribosome loading.

  • Profiles of Tead2 mutants, Yap, and cell density in NIH3T3 cells

score: 9999 | Mus musculus Mus musculus | RNA Expression   RNA Expression

Here we examined the role of mouse Tead proteins in growth regulation. In NIH3T3 cells, cell density and Hippo signaling regulated the activity of Tead proteins by modulating nuclear localization of a Yki homologue, Yap, and the resulting change in Tead activity altered cell proliferation. Tead2-VP1…
