NextBio

Results presented below are derived from NCBI GEO, EBI ArrayExpress, Broad Institute CMAP 2.0, OMIM and Jackson Laboratory's Mouse Genome Database, as well as additional sources of high-throughput data. High-throughput data retrieved from these sources is curated and processed by NextBio scientists. The results meeting pre-defined significance criteria are imported, and then correlated to all existing study results using NextBio's correlation engine. Green bars viewable under the categories tabs represent the significance of each result's association with the initial concept searched.

  • Drug target sets for approved compounds

score: 100100 | Homo sapiens Homo sapiens | Therapeutic   Therapeutic

The DrugBank database is a unique bioinformatics and cheminformatics resource that combines detailed drug (i.e. chemical, pharmacological and pharmaceutical) data with comprehensive drug target (i.e. sequence, structure, and pathway) information.

  • Liver Pharmacology and Xenobiotic Response Repertoire

score: 100100 | Rattus norvegicus Rattus norvegicus | RNA Expression   RNA Expression

A definition of RNA expression changes that correlate with liver response programs and an understanding of the similarities and differences in responses to different classes of chemicals would aid in new chemical or drug characterization and add to our understanding of liver biology.

  • B virus and HSV-1 infected human foreskin fibroblast expression profiles

score: 9999 | Homo sapiens Homo sapiens | RNA Expression   RNA Expression

Gene expression in foreskin fibroblasts after B virus (E2490) and HSV-1 (MacIntyre) infection at 1h, 3h, and 5h.

  • Neuroblastoma tumor progression transcriptome in TH-MYCN transgenic mice

score: 9999 | Mus musculus Mus musculus | RNA Expression   RNA Expression

Cancer studies relying on analysis of diagnostic biopsies may not fully identify the molecular events associated with tumor progression. We hypothesized that characterizing the tumor progression transcriptome in TH-MYCN transgenic neuroblastoma mice would identify oncogenic drivers.

  • Breast cancer cell lines treated with doxorubicin and p53-RNAi

score: 9898 | Homo sapiens Homo sapiens | RNA Expression   RNA Expression

p53-dependent gene expression signatures of four cell lines (MCF-7, ZR-75-1, and two immortalized human mammary epithelial cell lines) were identified by comparing p53-RNAi transduced cell lines to their parent cell lines.
