about NextBio > product > data sharing
data sharingNextBio facilitates the sharing of experimental results between users within the NextBio community. Users are also free to import their data and keep them private, or share only with a limited network. The NextBio import function allows you to include your own analyzed results in your NextBio searches and to share them with others. For example, you can import the results of microarray data analyses (lists of genes and their associated statistics) produced by t-test, ANOVA, clustering, and other algorithms. You could also import any other set of gene IDs that are of interest to you (i.e., protein IDs). Gene ID mapping is taken care of during the import process and all of your data is instantly correlated to the world's experimental data. |
